Surfandfly works with the 'you only pay what you get' policy.
For example: you come saturday for step 1 and step 2. You pay 170€. Unfortunately in the afternoon the wind stops. The step 2 is not possibel. We pay you 110€ back! Vouchers are not included in the policy.
